The Washington County Community Foundation is seeking to fill a new position, Nonprofit Outreach Coordinator. 

This position is responsible for:

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with non-profit organizations serving Washington County.
• Assisting these organizations with capacity building.
• Processing donations and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Creating donor communications.
• Working as part of the Foundation team.

The position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building, and organization skills.  Knowledge and experience of nonprofit management and donor relations are beneficial in this position. 

This Nonprofit Outreach Coordinator should possess strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.  This individual will work in partnership with other staff members in a collaborative team environment and will interact with volunteers, donors, and the community at large.

A Bachelor’s degree is required and previous experience working in the nonprofit sector is preferred.
