Jack Rowland designated several non-profit organizations to receive a portion of his estate, one of them being the Washington County Community Foundation to set up a fund to leave a lasting legacy for his family.  Jack realized that things change all the time, but there will always be opportunities for positive improvement in Washington County.  Grants from this fund will be used to make those positive changes to a community that Jack loved.
