Washington County Community Foundation invites residents to share their thoughts in a brief online survey designed to help guide future decisions and better serve our community.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete, and every response will make a meaningful difference. Whether you have lived here your whole life or are newer to the area, your perspective is important. We genuinely want to hear from you.

As a thank you for participating, respondents may choose to enter a drawing for a $100 gift card after completing the survey.

“Our community is strongest when everyone has a chance to be heard,” said Judy Johnson, Executive Director of the Foundation. “This is a simple way to share your ideas, concerns, and hopes for the future. Just a few minutes of your time can help shape what comes next.”

All responses will be used to better understand community needs, priorities, and opportunities. Individual answers will remain confidential.

The survey will remain open until April 6, 2025, and participants are encouraged to respond as soon as possible.
